Noble Connections LLC, also known as Noble Hands Home Care Agency, specializes in connecting qualified caregivers with Adult Family Homes and Group Homes.
With a network of over 8,000 caregivers—primarily in Washington State—and nearly 100 caregivers available at any given time, we provide one of the largest caregiver resource platforms in the region.
We ensure that all referred caregivers meet required certifications such as CNA, HCA, or NAR, and uphold strong work ethics and professionalism. Our goal is to make it easy for employers to find dependable, high-quality caregivers who are the right fit.

How It Works

Matching
We identify and match you with a qualified caregiver based on your requirements.

Initial Interview
We arrange a three-way phone interview to assess communication skills, qualifications, and compatibility.

Final Interview
If successful, you receive the caregiver’s contact details to proceed with a physical interview, background checks, and onboarding.

Placement
Once the caregiver starts working and completes at least two days, the referral is confirmed.

Guarantee
If the caregiver is not a good fit within the first month, we provide a replacement at no extra cost.
