Initial Interview
We arrange a three-way phone interview to assess communication skills, qualifications, and compatibility.

Final Interview
If successful, you receive the caregiver’s contact details to proceed with a physical interview, background checks, and onboarding.

Placement
Once the caregiver starts working and completes at least two days, the referral is confirmed.

Guarantee
If the caregiver is not a good fit within the first month, we provide a replacement at no extra cost.
